Renovation of a water / sewer project in Seguin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,574-square-foot, three-story above grade water / sewer project.

Principal items of construction will include replacement of existing met-al roof, closed cell spray foam installation to the underside of the roof, access ladder, five (5) aluminum access hatches, and catwalk with hand railing and guard railing. Please submit questions for this project by 3:00 P.M. on January 23, 2026, through online. All addenda issued for this project will be posted online. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified on cashier's check, or an approved Bidders bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum total bid, pay-able to the City of Seguin, Texas without recourse, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a con-tract and execute performance and payment bonds on the forms pro-vided, within ten (10) days after the award of contract. Sure-The success-ful Bidder must furnish Performance and Pay-ment Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the con-tract price from an approved ty Company hold-ing a permit from the State of Tex-as to act as Sure-ty and accept-able according to the latest list of companies hold-ing certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner. Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation reserves the right to reject on accept any and all bids and to waive informalities. Schertz-Seguin Govern- Local ment Corporation Council's decision will be final.
