Reference Number 0000407821 The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of a 56,825 SF Public Works north garage addition, the renovation of the Public Works south garage, the renovation of the Public Works locker/restrooms, the installation of a new generator, all associated HVAC, structural, life safety, paving, stormwater and utility work, and all other work as detailed in Exhibit A - Site Drawings and Exhibit B - Project Specifications. The work to be performed by the successful proposer shall be complete on or before June 1, 2028.
