Site work for a power facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a power facility.

Questions Due Date: Jan 23rd 2026, 2:00 PM MST All questions after shall be submitted through online. Under no circumstances shall the engineering firms contact the City other than through online. Spanish Fork City (City) is accepting proposals from an Electrical Engineering Consultant interested in submitting qualifications and costs for the design of a low profile 138kV Transmission to 7200/12470 Distribution Substation. The substation will include the design of two breakers operated at 138kV, one 138-12.47kV transformer, four 12.47kV reclosers, 138kV and 15 kV switches and associated protection scheme equipment. The design will also include the 138kV tie into the transmission line 200 feet to the East. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
