Repair of Water Towers at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women and Elayn Hunt Correctional Center in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. Bids are accepted from contractors licensed for the classification of Painting, Coating, and Blasting. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents. The successful bidder is required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five days after receipt of bids, except as allowed by law. When financed with State Bonds or federal/other funds, award is contingent upon availability of funds. Facility Planning and Control encourages participation in the Small Entrepreneurship and Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships Programs. Question Deadline 02/03/2026
