Reference Number 0000408590 Audio Visual Services The Township has chosen to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a company(s) to provide digital media and audio-visual services. The Township currently has over $ 5 million in digital media and audio-visual equipment across five facilities. Over time, this equipment requires repairs, upgrades, and replacement. The Township is seeking the services of qualified Contractor(s) to assist with the maintenance and management of this equipment. The anticipated scope of work for Canton's digital media and audiovisual equipment may include, but not be limited to, the following services: 1. Equipment repairs 2. Equipment testing 3. Condition assessment of existing equipment 4. Design-build of new equipment 5. Development of a preventative maintenance program 6. Development of a capital replacement program 7. Assist with equipment selection planning 8. Assist with annual budget planning 9. Firmware and Software Upgrades 10. Improvements to digital camera systems Contract: The successful proposers are expected to enter a 3-year contract, with a possible 3-year extension. The Township reserves the right to negotiate a contract for services if only a portion of the proposals is deemed to be in the best interests of the Township.
