Reference Number 0000408747 The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from quailified contractors to provide ADA Improvements to its Auditorium per the bid form and specification. To be considered for award, contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and must submit their bid electronically via the online. In addition, the Contractor must sign in the appropriate space on the Pricing Sheet. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren standards. These principal items include, but are not limited to: Renovations at the Warren Community Center Auditorium. This work will accommodate ADA compliance and provide new finishes and seating for the auditorium. The project will require careful selective demolition, integrating the new construction with the existing conditions of the building, coordinating seating procurement and installation, and coordination with Parks and Recreation staff.
