Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-164 This is a prevailing wage project. Demo existing VCT in resident suite kitchen and common areas, to be replaced with LVT. Demo existing tile in bathrooms, to be replaced with new tile. Contractor is responsible for patch and paint of any wall damage that occurs during construction. Estimated Cost Range: $331,000 to $431,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated Damages: $200 per day per resident bed deemed unavailable as a result of construction activities that extend beyond the permitted construction dates and/or substantial completion date. No construction will be permitted between the dates of August 8, 2026 and May 16, 2027. Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Pollution Liability, and Builder's Risk will be required.
