Renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This is a prevailing wage project. Modernization of the Elevator at TMCC Meadowood North Building. Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-022 Estimated Cost Range: $150,000 to $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated Damages: $500/day Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Builders Risk, and an Installation Floater policy covering loss with damages to safety devices during installation will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here: https://www.unr.edu/bcn-nshe/risk/contracts. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "April 1, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "November 30, 2026." Question Deadline 01/30/2026 at 5:00 PM PT : Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and submitted via online. All questions submitted prior to the Activity Date cut-off will be answered by the Activity Date posted via 02/03/2026 05:00 PM.
