Proposals are sought from qualified entities to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction of the Kimball High School 2-Story Science Wing Project. Respondents must submit a completed Statement of Qualifications along with their proposal. Submission requirements include five bound copies, one unbound copy, and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive. All contractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work, and must comply with prevailing wage and skilled workforce requirements. First-tier electrical, mechanical, and plumbing subcontractors must also be prequalified. Prequalification must be completed through PQBIDS as indicated on the District's website. Provide a proposed Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP") for the construction of the project with identified subcontractor bids and self-performed work. The Kimball High School 2-Story Wing Project (Increment 1) involves the construction of a new 11,520-square-foot modular classroom building designed to expand the school's instructional capacity. This two-story structure features an integrated outdoor breezeway and a dedicated staircase, providing both functional circulation and modern architectural appeal. Built for permanence and durability, the modular building will be installed on a slab-on-grade foundation system designed and provided by the modular building contractor. To ensure the successful completion of the campus expansion, the scope of work for Increment 1 requires close coordination with Increment 2, which encompasses the site component of the project. This phased approach necessitates proactive logistical management and technical integration to ensure the modular building aligns with the sites infrastructure, utilities, and surrounding environment.
