The City is seeking qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services for the planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction support of Perche Creek Trail - Phase II, which is part of a multi-phase trail and greenway improvement program. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all engineering, surveying, and technical services necessary to advance the project from preliminary investigation through construction award and support. The contractor shall provide the scope outlined below for Phase II and is intended to ensure consistency and continuity with prior and future phases of the Perche Creek Trail program. Bidders may recommend additional services or refinements they believe are necessary to ensure a complete, constructible, and permittable project. Failure to furnish all information requested in this RFQUAL may disqualify the qualifications. Any exceptions to the requirements specified must be identified in the qualifications. Any offeror may withdraw their qualifications at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of qualifications. However, no qualifications will be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of qualifications.
