Site work and paving for a road / highway in Estacada, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Provide engineering services for design and construction of a traffic circle at the intersection of River Mill Road and Eagle Creek Road. Services to be provided include or may require subcontracting for all required state and federal environmental and archeological testing and/or permitting; permitting, design plans, and construction specifications for improvement alternatives identified in the design; services related to identifying and negotiating necessary easements; services related to bidding, award, and construction of the designed project; assisting the City in consultation and coordination with State and Federal agencies during the project; and complete project management for all phases of work undertaken.
