Retrofitting the existing water treatment facility with membrane filtration technology. Scope includes installation of three membrane skids and support equipment, automatic transfer switch, staged demolition of existing sand filters, construction of new building partitions for office/lab, electrical room, and bathroom/locker facilities, new vehicle access door, and installation of pumps and instrumentation. Site work includes renovation of a 75,000 gallon welded steel reservoir, installation of a sewage grinder pump station with force main, construction of two concrete backwash basins, and paving the access road. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.The estimated cost of the project is $7-8 Million QA date - 9-18-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for the opening of Bids may not be answered.
