Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Estacada, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Retrofitting the existing water treatment facility with membrane filtration technology. Scope includes installation of three membrane skids and support equipment, automatic transfer switch, staged demolition of existing sand filters, construction of new building partitions for office/lab, electrical room, and bathroom/locker facilities, new vehicle access door, and installation of pumps and instrumentation. Site work includes renovation of a 75,000 gallon welded steel reservoir, installation of a sewage grinder pump station with force main, construction of two concrete backwash basins, and paving the access road. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
