**As of February 17th, 2026, the project was awarded to Spencer Contracting Company, with an awarded amount of $266,588.88** Question Deadline 01/20/2026 Bid Documents may submit to the City an e-mail request to _ Jason Miller at jmiller@sunsethills.com for an interpretation thereof no later than seven (7) days before the date set for receipt of bids. Questions or requests for interpretation submitted via phone or voicemail. Proposed construction for the Project will consist generally of On Alswell Lane, Mentz Hill Acres, and Mentz Hill Road, mill down a depth of two inches (2) to correct the profile for the entire pavement. The area that is marked out consists of roughly 19,597.1 SY of road surface that is 8100 Lf in length. The milled area will then be overlayed with a 2 St. Louis County C-Mix after application of proper tack and pavement markings restored. in the City (the Work). The City of Sunset Hills, Missouri, is accepting sealed bids for the Sunset Hills 2026 Mill and Overlay Project. Bids will be received at City Hall, 3939 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Sunset Hills, MO 63127. Bid documents are available from the City of Sunset Hills website under street projects or at the Drexel Plan Room: https://planroom.drexeltech.com.
