The project involves improvements to the Main Pump Station, including demolition of the existing building, equipment, HVAC, electrical, controls, SCADA equipment, lighting, plumbing, and concrete. Replacement of electrical, controls, HVAC, SCADA equipment, lighting, and plumbing is required. The project also includes installation of concrete, access hatches, and all related work. Tree removal and fence replacement will be performed by the owner during construction. Separate contracts may be awarded for site work and excavation, painting, mechanical and electrical, and system integration. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record, and bidding documents must be obtained from the issuing office.
