Work contemplated to be performed under this contract includes clearing and grubbing, removal of asphalt pavement, removal of cement concrete sidewalk, construction of cement sidewalk, grinding and overlay of asphalt pavement, installation of signal communication system, property restoration, and miscellaneous work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. Plans and specifications are available online. Supplemental responsible bidder criteria will apply. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process.
