Upgrades to existing signal controller cabinets and equipment to enable I.T.S. communications and camera surveillance. Work is to be done at 17 existing signal locations on five specific County Highways Project Location: Signals located on Renwick Road, 143rd Street, Exchange Street, Francis Road, and Division Street. Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764 After the award of the contract and before construction is started, a conference shall be held at a time and place designated by the County. The contractor shall make all equipment specified in this contract available for inspection at the Will County Division of Transportation, 16841 W. Laraway Road maintenance facility prior to beginning any work specified herein ILDOT: Signal Controller Cabinets and Equipment to Enable I.T.S. Communications and Camera Surveillance
