Renovation of an educational facility in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Exterior Renovation Work at M.J. Cunningham Elementary School in Joliet, Illinois. The work must comply with the proposed Contract Documents prepared by Healy Bender Patton & Been Architects. Bids will be received for General Contract Work, encompassing all trades. Each bidder must complete the Bidder Responsibility process, providing required documents as outlined in the Bidder Responsibility Criteria. For joint ventures or partnerships, all partners must meet these requirements individually. A Bid Guarantee (Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Draft) equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the bid is required. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full contract amount. The contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Bidding documents require completion of a Registered Plan Holder Record form and a Bidding Documents License Agreement.
