TRA Wolf Creek Park Bulkhead Replacement Clarification Deadline 1/22/2026 12:00 PM The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary for the installation of approximately 580 linear feet of metal sheet pile bulkhead, grading and resodding/reseeding disturbed areas so that area resembles condition prior to construction. Project is located at Wolf Creek Park, San Jacinto County, Texas. The Authority is a governmental agency of the State of Texas created by Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. art. 8280-188 and operating pursuant to special and general law. Pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code and in accordance with the process set forth in Section 2269.253 thereof, the Authority invites the submittals of Bids in response to this advertisement for bulkhead replacement. The Authority Welcomes Proposals From Historically Underutilized Businesses (Hubs). Contractors and Suppliers Submitting Bids Shall Encourage Hubs to Participate in the Performance of the Contract. The Authority shall have the right, after evaluation of Bids received, to make no recommendation to its Board of Directors regarding award of a Contract in the event nonresponsive, non-conforming, incomplete, unqualified or otherwise unacceptable Bids are received, or if budgetary constraints or other unanticipated factors exist. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any immaterial formalities or inconsistencies in its sole judgment.
