Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Stanton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Proposals are requested for abatement and restoration services at the high school campus. Stanton Independent School District will receive proposals until the specified deadline. Stanton ISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 If any Respondent contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the plans, specification, or other proposed contract documents, he may submit a written request to Dennis Simpson via email at Info@texocnsulting.net for an interpretation not later than 48 hours prior to the time for opening of bids BASE SCOPE: Includes abatement of all asbestos containing materials spelled out herein: HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT ROOM (PROPOSED FOR 5/18/26-5/22/26) 1,000 ft 2 of 12-inch floor tile with mastic HIGH SCHOOL BAND HALL WITH ASSOCIATED OFFICES/STORAGE ROOMS (PROPOSED FOR 5/25/2026-5/29/2026) 5,000 ft 2 of 12-inch floor tile with mastic HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUM FOYER & WALKWAYS (PROPOSED FOR 6/1/2026-6/24/2026) 5,700 ft 2 of 12-inch floor tile with mastic Additionally, base scope will include removal and disposal of all ACBM's identified herein. All identified ACBM's are to be removed and disposed of prior to demolition of the facility. Please note that the contractor is responsible for field verification of measurements prior to abatement.
