It is expected that apparent low bidder for their respective contract will be available at their given time slot for this meeting . A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5% ) of the Bid , subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders , must be submitted by each Bidder with their Bid as a guarantee that in the case of the contract being awarded to them , they will within ten ( 10) days thereafter , execute such contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond , and that Bidder shall not withdraw their Bid for a period of forty -five (45) days after the above date of Bid opening , and to guarantee the performance of all other obligations of the Bidders as set forth in Instructions to Bidders .
