Renovation of a stadium in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Furnish and install innovative field projecting V signage for the Department of Environmental Services. Bidders are required to submit their bids in duplicate (original and one copy), supply detailed specifications for the items offered, and clearly indicate any deviations from the provided specifications. Only formal written addenda can alter the specifications. Bids must be legible, submitted in original form with an original signature, and include proof of Workers Compensation and Disability Benefits Insurance coverage or proof of exemption. Alternate products may be proposed if accompanied by manufacturer specifications and evidence of equivalent performance. Bidders must provide proof of the capacity to perform the contract, including facilities, equipment, and references. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids in its best interest. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as set by the New York State Department of Labor and ensure all contractors and sub-contractors are registered per state labor law. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the bid project number and title of the service/product being bid. Unsigned bids or those lacking required security (if applicable) may be rejected. Any questions regarding the specifications must be addressed in writing before the bid opening. Question Deadline 01/20/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All requests for bid clarification must be submitted in writing to the Buyer referenced above and received no later than close of business , All questions will be answered and documented in writing as an Addendum to the Bid. These will be sent out to all Bidders who received the original Bid no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026 Monroe County intends to award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, based on the TOTAL. Bidder must bid on all items in order to be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids if the Purchasing Manager deems said action to be in the best interest of the County
