Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide engineering design, bidding, construction administration, and resident project representative (RPR) services for three separate public works construction projects that will replace an estimated total of 2,978 existing lead water services on various streets within the City. The IIJA LSLR Group 6A project involves the replacement of 804 services and a smaller number of inside services. The IIJA LSLR Group 6B project involves the replacement of 1,058 services and a smaller number of inside services. The IIJA LSLR Group 6C project involves the replacement of 1,116 services and a smaller number of inside services. The work also includes surface restoration limited to pavement and lawn repair due to trench excavation. Chip sealing or milling and resurfacing are not included in this project. The City may award a separate contract for a Final Pavement Restoration Project to provide design and/or RPR services for chip seal and milling & resurfacing of streets included in the LSLR projects.
