Description

Renovation of a military facility in Everett, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Replace the fire alarm control panel (FACP) and all associated devices as part of the project scope. Repair interior partitions and provide firestopping for penetrations where required. Interior finishes shall be repaired as needed to restore affected areas. Design and testing of fire protection systems must comply with D40 requirements. Electrical and mechanical work shall be performed as necessary to complete the installation of the FACP. Provide electronic operation and maintenance support information (eOMSI) for the project. Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) are due seven (7) days prior to proposal due date. Period of Performance 1. The period of performance is 500 calendar days from the date of award. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
