Renovation of a retail development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Reference Number 0000311164 Manitoba Public Insurance wishes to retain a Vendor to remove approximately 1991 sprinkler heads, and supply and install new replacements in the indoor parking floors of Cityplace, an office and retail complex in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, located at 234 Donald Street (also known as 333 St. Mary Avenue), in accordance with MPI's Service Requirements set out in Schedule B, as more fully described in the RFT. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions ("Site Visit"). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03. The Site Visit shall be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, starting at 9:00 am local time at the Cityplace Security Desk on the main floor at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT.
