Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade educational facility.

Work of this Contract comprises of the following scope at the selective areas of Red River College Polytech Notre Dame Campus: .1 Replacement of existing luminaires with Contractor procured and Owner supplied LED fixtures. .2 Integration of lighting controls in the areas with replaced luminaires. .3 Replacement of acoustic tile ceiling. .4 Repairs and changes to the existing acoustic tile ceiling where the fixtures are replaced and the existing ceiling is re-used. .5 Re-circuiting of light fixtures in areas where existing light fixtures are fed from 347V circuits. .6 Fire stopping any penetrations of fire walls impacted by the scope of work. .7 Provision of structured cabling between new and existing lighting control modules and the designated IT rooms.
