Sealed proposals are sought for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct BASIN A CONVERSION AND BASIN B CLOSURE for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 347, Sarpy County, Nebraska, according to the plans and specifications at the locations shown on the detailed drawings. The work essentially covers: installation of construction entrance, clearing and grubbing, installation of silt fence and curb inlet protection, excavation and re-compaction or removal of silt, on-site excavation, embankment, removal and replacement of various pipes and sidewalks, construction of pipe plugs, modification of area inlets, adjustment of manholes, installation of limestone, geogrid, seeding, and construction of rip-rap scour holes, according to specified quantities for each item. All proposals must be submitted on the provided bid forms and accompanied by an original bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than $2,815.00, payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 347, as security for contract execution and bonding. Bid bonds must be from a duly licensed corporate surety. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days after bid opening. All proposals must be sealed, addressed to the Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 347, marked as required, and include the bid security in a separate sealed envelope. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for purchase at E & A Consulting Group, Inc., but fees for these documents are non-refundable.
