Question deadline 01/28/2026 4:00 PM EST Sealed bids will be solicited by several boroughs and townships in York and Adams County, Pennsylvania for the following items, each to be bid as individual proposals: the requirements of gasoline, motor oil, fuel oil, diesel oil, and multi-purpose grease for one year; crushed stone of various sizes to meet Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications; pre-mixed bituminous stockpile patching material, superpave bituminous concrete base course (BCBC) and superpave mixture in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications; bulk rock salt, calcium chloride in fifty pound bags, and solar salt; liquid chlorine in various sizes, liquid ferrous sulphate, hydrofluosilicic acid, liquid alum, sulphur dioxide, liquid polyaluminum chloride (DELPAC® 2000 and 3030), sodium permanganate (40%) in totes, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite (12%), and Earthtec® Liquid Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate; road line painting (double yellow 4-inch wide and white 4-inch wide lines); waterborne traffic paint in yellow, white, and blue, in five-gallon pails; and street milling services. Quantities specified are for the purpose of obtaining a unit price and actual usage may vary. Bids must be submitted electronically as instructed. The public bodies reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
