2026 SANITARY BYPASS PUMP & SANITARY LIFT STATION INSPECTION AND BYPASS PUMP WET TESTING at various locations. All work except Bypass Pumps Wet Testing shall be completed by March 10, 2027. The contractor must submit monthly condition reports for all 83 bypass sites and 7 lift stations, totaling 90 inspection locations, by the 10th of the following month. The residency requirement is 10% of all hours worked, with one quarter attributable to residents in specified zip codes. The SBE requirement is 0%, but SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) and certificates must be submitted with the bid. Bid Security: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Cash amounting to 10% of the Contractor’s Base Bid. Bidders may submit bids via Bid Express or by email as detailed, and must ensure proper submission of all forms, bid security, and compliance plans. Contractors awarded contracts of $25,000 or more must participate in training on the City’s B2GNow contract compliance software and provide regular subcontractor payment information. Prime Contractors must participate in training on the City’s Labor Compliance Reporting (LCR) Software and regularly provide payroll information via the LCR app. Incomplete or inaccurate bid documents or forms will render the bid unresponsive.
