Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olathe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Milling and resurfacing of twenty-eight (28) local, collector, and minor arterial asphalt streets including approximately 107,000 square yards of full width milling, 15,000 tons of asphalt surface replacement, asphalt base repairs as needed, replacement of pavement markings, installation of 85 ADA sidewalk ramps, 2,800 linear feet of sidewalk removal and replacement along with 26,000 linear feet of spot curb replacement. Questions Due Date: Jan 30th 2026, 12:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be entered on line A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for work shall be submitted with each proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. The City of Olathe, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Olathe, Kansas, for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
