Site work for a water / sewer project in Elyria, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of February 10, 2026, this project has been awarded** The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the work. This project includes CIPP lining approximately 5,500 lineal feet of 6-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer, nineteen (19) T-Liner installations, three (3) 10-foot CIPP partial liner of 10-inch sanitary sewer, and manhole rehabilitation of fifteen (15) sanitary manholes. Bidders SHALL request the electronic copy of the bid package by sending their request to kmckillips@cityofelyria.org in order to be placed on the Plan holders List. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Questions related to the project will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 22, 2026. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty. The bid guaranty must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the ORC and the Instructions to Bidders. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. The contractor will have 120 days from the date of the Notice to Commence Work to complete all work. All work shall be completed by June 30, 2026.
