This project consists of the striping and re-striping of roadways, bike paths, on-street parking stalls, parking lots, etc. for the City of Moline. For bidding purposes, the Contractor should acknowledge the project will encompass the entire city boundaries and that the work shall be done in several phases. Prevailing wages are required for this project. Bidding will take place solely through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must log in to the ebidding system to submit a bid. All documents must be submitted electronically by the bid opening. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. All work must be complete by September 18, 2026 . This work shall include all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install paint pavement marking lines in accordance with Section 780 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Molines Supplemental Specifications, and these Special Provisions. . The contractor should also acknowledge that the road diet locations will require layout and pavement marking removal. No extra payment shall be made for pavement marking layout.
