Proposals are being accepted for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide Preconstruction Services and potentially future Construction Services for the Teton Pass Trail Pathway Project in Teton County, Wyoming. The project involves constructing a multi-use pathway up to 18,900 linear feet in length, retaining walls up to 11,200 linear feet and 10 feet high, pathway handrails, storm drainage culverts, erosion control, revegetation, and possibly a 75-foot precast box culvert with wingwalls under Highway 22. The CMAR will assist in reviewing 95% complete plans, advising on constructability, completing plan documents, and developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) based on available funding. Preconstruction services are to be provided on a time and materials basis at agreed hourly billing rates. Construction services may be negotiated as a future contract amendment based on the established GMP. Proposals must comply with the requirements listed in the Request for Proposals.
