Reference Number 0000408552 Purchase Type Duration: 1-3 years Option: optional additional 2 yr extension Oakland County Purchasing, on behalf of Oakland County Water Resources, is seeking a laboratory that provides as needed biosolids testing at our Clinton River Water Resource Recovery Facility. Scope of Services The Scope of Services for this Proposal is to solely represent the interests of the County. A. The Bidder(s) will be responsible for services including, but not limited to: 1. Provide Fecal Coliform and Salmonella Testing on dewatered biosolids at our Clinton River Water Resource Recovery Facility (CRWRRF). 2. The analytical services will be on an as-needed basis and will be performed at the CRWRRF located at 155 North Opdyke Rd, Pontiac MI 48342. 3. Fecal Coliform and Salmonella testing analytical services will be on an as-needed basis and will be in accordance with EPA methods 1681 & 1682. Please refer to attachments C, D, and E for the approved EPA standards and requirements by the State of Michigan for analysis. 4. Both the Fecal Coliform and Salmonella analysis will be performed at the same time when samples are collected.
