Renovation of a mixed-use development in Page, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Page Unified School District, #8 is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for HVAC replacements at Page High School and Desert View Intermediate School. This is a single CMAR project covering both sites, with the same scope of work applied to each, but performed at two separate campuses. There will be only one award for the project. The work will be funded through the Division of School Facilities. Both schools' roof replacements have already been bid and are awaiting funding to the selected vendor.
