All bid must be accompanied by a bond or a cashier's check of the company, drawn on a national bank, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, as a guarantee on the part of the Bidder that it will, if called upon to do so, accept and enter into a contract based on the obligations and conditions set forth in the Bid Documents. The successful Bidder, prior to entering the contract, shall file with the City a Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, and a certificate of Insurance. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
