Demolition, site work and addition to a transportation facility in Page, Arizona. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total maximum proposal price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Every request concerning this project must be made in writing via email address to Richard Graham of C&S Engineers Inc. at rgraham@cscos.com located at 2575 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 740, Phoenix, AZ 85016, and to be given consideration must be received at the above email address at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids. Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be sent and/or posted not later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All addenda so issued shall become Part of the Contract and acknowledged by Bidder.
