New Elementary School Addition The Chestnut Ridge School District is accepting public bids for the construction of a new 62,000 square-foot, two-level elementary school addition to the existing middle school. The project includes all building construction and systems, fully integrated with the existing middle school, including but not limited to: foundations, structural systems, roofing, fa ade and building Project Description: This project includes the construction of the new 62,000 SF two level – elementary school addition to the existing middle school including all foundation, structural, roofing facade building components, HVAC, electrical, plumbing & life safety systems and fire alarm components – Fully integrated with that existing middle school.
