Sealed proposals will be received for the AUTAUGA WMA OFFICE / MEETING COMPLEX in Prattville, Alabama. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries Division in an amount not less than five percent of the amount of the bid (but not more than $10,000) must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at contract signing. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the office of the Architect. Bid documents may be obtained from the Architect by digital access for a one-time administrative fee or by deposit per set, with refunds possible under certain conditions. Partial sets are not available. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is highly recommended for General Contract Bidders. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or copies thereof. All bidders exceeding the State Licensing Board amount must be licensed under Alabama law and must show evidence of license as required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors at their discretion.
