Jones Dr. SE in Huntsville, Alabama. The work includes: Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a two (2) coat plural component epoxy system. Exterior: Low pressure water clean (3,500 to 5,000) to remove all mildew, dirt, and other contaminants. Splash Pad: Install a concrete splash pad at the overflow pipe discharge. Repairs: 1) Install sidewall manway. 2) Replace the sidewall manway gasket. 3) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 4) Install a deflector bar on the draw pipe. 5) Reroute the overflow pipe outside and install a flap gate. 6) Install a fall prevention device on the wet interior ladder. 7) Install a sidewall platform and replace the sidewall ladder. 8) Wet interior ladder rung replacement. 9) Replace the roof vent. 10) Weld steel plates over the cathodic lift holes. 11)Remove the existing cathodic protection system. 12) Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 13) Install grounding rods for the structure.
