Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work called for under this contract in a Timely, safe, and professional manner. Question Deadline 01/15/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All questions and requests for this bid packet should be emailed to the Contract Administrator John Lones . Bids will be accepted only from qualified General Contractors licensed prior to the bid opening by the State of Alabama. A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5% of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each contractor's bid. A performance bond, a payment bond, a maintenance bond, and insurance will be required prior to execution of the contract. Liquidated Damages are a part of all construction projects. No bid may be withdrawn aOer the scheduled closing Ome for the receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
