The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) for Architectural and Engineering Design Services for County of Sonoma's Behavioral Health MHRC and SUD Campus. Sonoma County Public Infrastructure (County) is seeking proposals from qualified architects and engineer (A/E) entities with expertise in the development of behavioral health projects and/or with Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) grant experience, for the development of certain design and plans for the Project. Phase 1, which will be guaranteed to the awarded proposer, includes scoping and feasibility study/concept plans for a design to be approved by the state BHCIP funder. Phase 2, which is contingent on approval by BHCIP of the Phase 1 design and plans, (SPI) would include the full design and construction-level plans and specifications for the Project. Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses.
