Bids will be received at the Engineering Office, Town Hall Annex, North Haven, Connecticut. Plans and specifications are available from the Finance Office. After receipt, the Director of Finance and Administration may analyze bids for comparability and compliance with requirements, taking into account past performance, financial responsibility, and sales and service experience. The Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects, consider factors beyond price, and select other than the lowest bidder if deemed in the Town's best interest.
