The Department Will Not Hold Retention on This Project. Per Utah State Code 13-8-5 (1) Prime Contractors Cannot Hold Retention. Refer to Utah Code 13-8-5 (1) for More Information. Wage Rates: Apply The Right to Reject Any or All Bids is Reserved. As required, a contractor's license must be obtained from the Utah Department of Commerce to work on UDOT projects as defined from the Division of Professional Licensing. Project Plans Cannot Be Downloaded or Printed From the Website Unless Your Company is Registered With Udot. Go to Udot's Website to Register.
