Successfully contracted design firms will be responsible for providing a complete set of design plans, construction documents, specifications, and bidding documents. Design consultant will also be required to provide bidding services, construction administration, and warranty period services. In the interest of getting as much work completed before the 2026 Wyoming State Fair, the owner may be interested in two bid packages and the consultant should plan for this. The scope of this project will be focused on above ground irrigation and pump system, updating water rights with State and Federal Agencies, fire suppression and fire alarm system updates, electronic and physical key access control, and bathroom remodels and building renovations. Question Deadline 01/29/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All questions shall be submitted at online. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 3:00 p.m. on February 5, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
