Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes, but is not limited to, Site demo of existing asphalt, concrete and landscaping to construct a new post tension slab for new tennis courts. Installing new fencing and landscaping. New tennis courts and site will comply with ADA rules and regs. Make the several parts fit together properly. 2. Uncover Work to provide for installation, inspection, or both of ill-timed Work. 3. Remove and replace Work not conforming to requirements of the Contract Documents. 4. Remove and replace defective Work. 5. Provide routine penetrations of non-structural surfaces. B. Related Work described elsewhere: 1. In addition to other requirements specified, upon the Owner's request, uncover Work to provide for inspection by the Owner of covered Work, and remove samples of installed materials for testing. 2. Do not cut or alter work performed under separate Contract without the Owner's written permission.
