The redevelopment project in Hoboken, New Jersey, will transform vacant lots and rubble on the city's northern border into a mixed-use neighbourhood. The development spans approximately 2.5 city blocks and includes 729 residential units, 73 of which are affordable housing units, along with retail space, enhanced pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, and a 275-space municipal parking garage. Additional features include more than 48,000 square feet of public open space with linear parks, promenades, and plazas, as well as green roofs for stormwater management. Streetscape improvements and a protected two-way bike lane along 15th Street will form a critical link in Hoboken's Green Circuit bicycle network.
