Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
Remodel and various renovation and demolition work is required. Details regarding the scope are indicated in the "Ad for Bid." Bidders can obtain prints of all plans, specifications, and addenda for a fee, or access PDF files of these documents at no cost. The work pertains to the following locations: Mount Horeb Primary Center, Mount Horeb High School, Mount Horeb Intermediate Center, and Mount Horeb Middle School. All bids must be submitted to C.D. Smith Construction as specified. Only one bid is to be submitted, referencing the provided bid form, and bidders should consult the bid documentation for all required details and scope. Project Locations: a. Mount Horeb Primary Center; 207 Academy Street, Mount Horeb, WI 53572. b. Mount Horeb High School; 305 South 8th Street, Mount Horeb, WI 53572. c. Mount Horeb Intermediate Center; 200 Hanneman Boulevard, Mount Horeb, WI 53572. d. Mount Horeb Middle School; 900 E Garfield Street, Mount Horeb, WI 53572 The project consists of an addition to the Mount Horeb Primary Center along with renovation of select areas of the existing building. Expanded site driveways, parking lot and playground areas. Demolition of the Early Learning Center upon completion of the addition and renovation. Renovation of a small portion of the Middle School To provide two restrooms off the gym lobby and the cutting in of new windows in Several SGI rooms that currently do not have windows. Reroofing a portion of the Intermediate School. New baseball field and tuckpointing at the High School. The work consists of building demolition, selective demolition, site work, earthwork, asphalt paving, chain link fencing, landscaping, concrete, precast concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, steel joists and deck, rough and finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, insulation, single-ply roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, hollow metal, wood doors, coiling doors, aluminum storefront and entrances, windows, hardware, glazing, curtainwall, drywall, tile, acoustical panel ceilings and grid, resilient work, gymnasium flooring, carpet, painting, visual display boards, toilet partitions, flag pole, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet accessories, gymnasium equipment, kitchen equipment, laminated plastic casework, bleachers, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.
