Renovation of a mixed-use development in Muscatine, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and power facility.
Sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new roof on the wastewater treatment building, Unit 9 office elevator room, and two upper roofs of the live storage coal silo (LSCS), and to make other miscellaneous repairs as recommended by Benchmark Inc. Work shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents which are on file at the office of Muscatine Power and Water, 3205 Cedar Street, Muscatine, Iowa. Bids submitted after the designated time will not be received or considered. A.
