HRM requires ShareGate Migration Tool to manage, secure and report on content within its Microsoft 365 environment. HRM currently has one license for the Essentials edition. Vendors are requested to quote license(s) for both Essentials and Pro for a 36-month period. Only one of the editions will be purchased. The license number to be referenced is 51272873-B5D1-4515-99D5-AB5F5C1B02BC, which expires January 13, 2026. The 36-month license will begin upon award. There are no material disclosures or mandatory requirements. The resulting contract is subject to all requirements of the Supplier Code of Conduct, excluding Living Wage requirements. Bidders must submit a Social Value Response, references, and any other information requested. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System. Only registered suppliers with a Bidding System Vendor account and registered as a Plan Taker can submit, ensuring they receive the latest information and updates. All required documentation, including proof of business registration and a safety certificate (if requested), must be provided. Bidders must complete the Bid Form with company or sole proprietorship details as appropriate. Late bids or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Pricing must include all taxes and duties except HST and be quoted in Canadian funds DDP Destination. The bid must remain valid and open for acceptance for 60 days from closing. Evaluation will consider social value, performance evaluation, country of origin/nationality of services, and cost, with cost weighted at 70%. Social value information is collected through a mandatory questionnaire. Contracts may be awarded, negotiated, or retendered based on best value, at HRM’s discretion. Only electronic submissions via the specified bidding system are accepted. All communications must be submitted through the Bidding System.
