Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility, road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional design engineering services for the development and implementation of a Citywide ADA and Section 504 Compliance Program. Services include preparation of an ADA Self-Evaluation, ADA Transition Plan, facility and public right-of-way assessments, public involvement, documentation, and coordination required to achieve compliance with applicable federal and state accessibility requirements.
